Went from Puerto Plata in the first week of September. One of the best excursions we went on. Learnt loads about the people and the island. Tour guide was excellent, truck felt safe (rare in these parts !) good driver too (rarer in these parts !!) and drinks were flowing. Boogie-boarding to finish the day of was superb ! Cannot recommend this trip highly enough ! Do it !! Done it !! Loved it !!

Our family took this tour on Monday June 21, 2004. This was our very first trip outside of the country except visiting Canada. Our tour guide, Omar was the greatest. He was funny, full of knowledge, and made everyone on the tour fell at ease. Our Driver, Niko was the best. We had some much fun learning about the Dominican culture and natural resources.

we went the outback safari and we came from Puerto Plata our tour guid was kenny and our driver was jounior he was in the top 30 best drivers in the dominican but it was a brilliant day lots of drinks kenny was really funny and i would go on it again

Hello! I went on the Outback Safari in Puerta Plata on Wednesday 25th August. Our tour guides were RUDDY and SCOOBY! They were brilliant and certainly very informative. I would certainly recommend not only this trip but the tour guides! This adventure was amazing! What a great experience. Daniel, our driver, took us through the countryside while Alex, our guide, provided us with valuable information about the people of this beautiful country. While this trip was informative, it was also filled with plenty of "light" moments usually involving RUM at the "OPEN BAR"! We truly feel this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Done the tour in July 2004 from Puerto Plata. Kenny was our guide and jonny - 'go jonny go go go' was our driver. WOW they were absolutely great. excellent day drinks just flow and the day was fun the whole time. loved every minute of it and one of my best memories. would recommend the trip. my husband and i went on the safari on 8/18/04. we had a terrific time. our guide was tony and driver was carlos. they were great. tony was very informative and a riot. keep us laughing all day. carlos was great also. i would recommend this trip to everyone. we hopefully will be back and go on it again.

THe safari is a great tour. We had a lot of fun and it was cool to see how the people live. The tour guide was SO good. It was very bumpy and I felt sick by the end of the day, but other then that is was great.

we did this trip on august 1st. our guide was Alex and our driver was Carlos. what a fantastic day we had. a true trip into what is the real Dominican Republic, and what doesn't Alex know about DR players in Major League Baseball!!!!!!!! WE RECOMMEND THIS TRIP TOTALY! IT WAS JUST FANTASTIC

I went on the adventure in the week of June 28th, and I can say that it was the day I prefered and which I will remember the most, out of all I did in Puerto Plata. Our guide was Ruddy and our driver was Henry, who were the two most charming person I've met in Dominican Republic. It is a tour so full of the true dom. rep., it is really worth your time and money. If you have the chance to have Ruddy be your guide, just ask him : "who's your daddy?" :)

I recently returned from the Dominican where i went on the north adventure, my guides were Kenny and scooby, as a single traveller i was made to feel very welcome and part of the day entirely, i would recommend this adventure as a good way of seeing more of the real island safely, rather than just the resort Thanks very much, had a top time and wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again.

last year me and my family went to the dominican rep and had a brilliant time. 1 of our excursions was the outback safari trip which was brilliant. our guide rudi was so funny and down to earth. my fav bit was when we went boogie boardin on the beach, it was an experience i will neva forget. anyone who goes to the dom rep should go on the outback safari tour thank you very much for such an enjoyable experience vicki xXxXxxxxXxxxX

This was an awesome adventure and well worth the money. Nacho was our guide and Poppy was our driver. We were made to feel very welcome and safe. We learned a great deal about the Dominican people and their lifestyle from our guide Nacho, he was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone. We went on 7/9/04.
