Tour Date: March 30, 2005 It was the greatest tour. We had lots of fun with our tour guide Jessie and our driver June Bug.. Jessie was very knowledgeable and had an awesome sense of humor. It was amazing to see how the locals live and how happy they are. School was very interesting and certainly an eye opener. Certainly would recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure, history, and laughter. Looking forward to taking in the Safari Jungle tour again when we visit the DR again and hoping to bring along lots of friends and family our next visit. Keep up the great work with these tours..and especially helping out the students and schools. Awesome day and great company.

I went on the Outback Safari excursion on Monday, April 11, 2005. My tourguide was Eddy (Daddy) and the driver was Candy Man. I had the most awesome time ever. It was too much fun. Eddy is super-knowledgable about the history and culture and he is also sooooooooo cute and entertaining. I will do this tour again when I am there.

My husband and I (plus another couple) spent a relaxing Spring Break in the Dominican April 2-9, 2005. It was wonderful, but the best thing was the Outback Safari Trip. We had Nacho for a guide and he was hilarious and full of knowledge! I loved visiting the school because I am a special ed teacher that works with emotionally impaired students. I was so impressed with the kids we saw all over--so normal, yet so well behaved. Unfortunately we don't see a lot of that in the states! Tell Nacho that Andy, Judi, Susan, and Paul say hi! I will be sending school supplies to you to give to the kids--probably in the fall when we have big school supply sales on everything! Sure didn't want to leave, but you know how that is.

Ola to Rudy & Junior! We were on your tour on Monday, April 11, and have to commend you on an amazing experience. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our day and have memories to last a lifetime. From learning about the "carwash", Junior's amazing driving skills, Rudy's extreme talent of making drinks while hanging off the back of a moving truck, to meeting the family, seeing the kids at school, boogeyboarding, everything. My husband and I were compleatly blown away with our outback safari tour!! We had the best time. It was the most amazing thing I've ever done! Omar is the best tour guide ever! He made us laugh like crazy, him and Nigel!! Danny was our driver and he was great, we felt very safe with him at the wheel!! Seeing the country side and how people live was incredably sobering and eye opening. Not to mention so so interesting and unreal! We really love the fact that Outback helps the community and country by taking donations to help those less fourtunate. I just can't say enough good things about this tour. Dear Outback Safari : My wife and I really enjoyed our day in the Dominican "outback". It is not just one thing that stands out in this tour - the whole experience was AWSOME and one of the best things we did while in your lovely country. Angel was a great guide, a great teacher, and funnier than hell comedian. Johnny was a great driver, and the interaction between them, and us was wonderful. This was the best day trip! Our guide was Alex and our driver was Candyman! We were a large group of 14 and each and everyone of us can't stop talking about it! We took our day trip on March 10, 2005 and what time we had, Alex was awesome! Even though we got held up at the Ranch due to a flat tire no one seemed to care, we were just having way to much! I would highly recommend this trip in a heart beat, thanks so much. We are planning on going back to DR next year and I am sure we will take this adventure again! GOOD JOB ALEX AND CANDYMAN!

This is a case of better late than never. The day we spent with Luis and Nico was the best of our 8 day stay in Punta Cana. My husband and I stayed at Secrets and took this tour with a great group of people. Luis was very informative and made the trip interesting and fun(Nico provided some added scenery;) ) I have a request of Luis, he mentioned a book Flight of the Butterfly I think but I can't find it Could you please reply with the correct title and author as I am very interested in reading it. Oh and the picture of the Bathroom stop woth you guys turned out great! Thanks for a great day even if it did rain buckets on us!!

We had a wonderful time on the Outback Safari, thanks to Munchie and Luis. It rained a little, but that didn't stop us from seeing everything. All the other trucks put up their tarps, but everyone on our truck didn't care. That was the whole attitude of our group: carefree! The best part was boogie boarding. I've never seen waves that big. Thanks again!

Just got back from the D.R. My third time down there. Wow, I love the Dominican country and people. Papi was our driver and Alex our guide on our trip date, 3/18/05. I couldn't begin to say enough wonderful things about the trip. Very informative, fun, silly. We were told about this day trip from friends who had been down there recently. Alex's and Papi came back to our hotel to get us (3 people) after we were mistakenly not put on the pickup list. I wasn't in a good mood to start because of the mix up but quickly came to enjoy the company of the other guests on the trip and Alex's humor. A personel message to Alex: hey husband, you didn't answer your phone Sat. night!!!!! :-)

We had read up alot on this safari before we came to the dominican republic and were really excited about it.... It was AWESOME! Omar was our guide and he was fantastic... the whole day was wonderful, and we are so glad we did this safari...we brought pencils from home for the children and they really were excited about them. Life is funny. The Maddison family ended up in the Dominican Republic by accident! But what a delightful turn of events. The Outback Safari was THE highlight of a wonderful holiday. If I wanted to sit around by a pool, I'd stay home and go to the local community center. Outback got us off the beaten path and introduced us to a side of RD that many at the resorts won't see. Our driver, Jose, navigated with great skill and was always there with a smile and a helping hand. Carlos, our guide took wonderful care of us, answered endless questions, and captivated our children. Your ethics have challenged us to help too; for that, I am most thankful. When I return to RD, my first job will be to reserve with you again. In the meantime. look to hear from us again soon.

The "Outback Safari" was the last two excursions that we took, while at Bahai Principe Resort during the week of March 7-12-05. This trip was and is most memorable, from the trip and people we met, the school we visited and the personalities of both Leondro and Elvis. We bought shirts and stuff to help the Schools and Medical care for the poor, which made the trip so wonderful and perfect!!! You should all be proud of Leondro, only there for three months with you, and his care for all of his Familia!!!We all felt safe and secure, and our fellow travelers all felt the same way. We sang your praises at the Apple Vacations office at Bahai Principe after we returned. The pictures we took will be in our trip Book and we will never forget you all. May God Bless you and your work in helping the poor!!!

Trip October 2004. I know its a bit late but... We went on this trip with Miguel (a.k.a. sexy chocolae) as our tour guide and what a great time we had. There were nine of us on the trip 4 adults and 5 kids and there was something for everyone. Miquel was very funny, my kids still talk about him. Do not miss this excellent trip it is well worth every penny!

We just arrived home in New Brunswick on March 12/05. We took the outback safari tour on Wednesday, March 9/05, this was definitely the highlight of our trip to Dominican Republic. Our tour guide was Rudy and driver-Junior, both very professional and excellent at their jobs. Rudy really knew his stuff and presented in a very delightful and excited manner. Junior, our driver, was so kind to our son, who was not feeling well from too much sun, he gave him a fresh orange, peeled and squeezed into his 7-Up, then proceeded to watch him the rest of the day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see the Dominican people and how they live. Very professional company.

i loved it!!!!!!!! my tour guide was manny he was so nice to me because i'm blonde i couldn't swim so he took me down the river the bit i liked best was the boggie boarding beach place i loved it even though i got sea water in my eyes i liked every minute there he took us back to the hotel and our hotel was great because the people in that country are so nice espessialy the peurto plata hotel i loved that georgeous island and i'll never forget it i might even go back in 2006 yipeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
