Yet again what another great trip all the guys are the best.My wife and mum went along this time leaving me baysitting me dad , this is the 3rd time now and it just gets better every time.This was my mums first time and she loved it every body made it special for her, SCOOBY SPECIALS are just as special now as they were 4 years ago , my wife can verify that as she cant remember getting back to the hotel. Just got back from a week's holiday at Iberostar Costa Dorada in Puerto Plata, Dominican. We only went on one trip, the Outback Jungle Safari because it had been so strongly recommended. It was an absolutely fantastic day, definitely a highlight of our trip! Ruddy was our guide and he was 'excellente'!!!! Not only was he really funny, but was also really informative about the people, geography, culture of the Dominican. The trip provides lots of variety and you see everything from beach, rainforest, freshwater river, etc. to a crocodile farm, true Dominican house, school and even a little rum shack where the prices are amazing (vanilla and pineapple wine there too). If you're lucky enough to be visiting Dominican, I would strongly recommend this trip. It was $76 U.S. and worth every penny! Thanks from the 'school teacher', Ruddy!

NACHO is the best guide!!! Candy is the best driver!! We had so much fun on this tour. We learned so much history about the DR and some of Haiti. I'm impressed with how much effort goes into donations for the needy. We brought pencils (colored and regular) and pens for the children. I hope they like them ;-)

We went on the OJS in March of 06 and let me tell you it was very interesting and entertaining. Our guide,George was hilarious and made us all feel very comfotable which made us have a great time. The weather was great, the trip was very informative. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visting the DR

This tour was great!. Junior, our guide made the trip a wonderful experience, thanks Junior. Explaining the outback in the Dominican,showing how the locals live, hanging off the end of the truck making sure we had non-stop drinks and fun. I highly recomend this tour. Boogy boarding in the ocean was our favourite part, the meal was also great.

Absolutely the highlight of our visit to Dominican Republic. Jose was our guide, Caesar was our driver (and his drivers license was valid :-) We might just return to DR solely to take the full day tour - we only did a half day.

I went on this tour with my boyfriend who is currently working in Dominican. This tour was definatley one of the highest points of my holiday. I liked this tour that much I went on it twice!! I was lucky enough to visit all the children on Xmas eve where we delivered xmas presents to all the children. It was very emmotional but also very rewarding, their little faces are something that i'll never forget!! Angel was our guide and was amazing!! He definaltley knows his stuff. Thank you Outback for a brilliant day!! You do a wonderful job!!

This was the highlight of our trip. We were part of scoobies family. Angel was out guide and he was absolutely fantastic. We learnt so much that it really didn't matter that it was raining and we got all wet in the morning. He really does deserve a raise and we certainly tipped both of them for their services. The countryside was beautiful and it made us appreciate home that much more. This was the best day of our vacation and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again and hope to see you on our next trip to your country. PS. We all liked holding the crocidile and the scoobie specials.

Wow what a day...We had a great time on the safari with Nacho and Doritos! LOL No Nacho & Leo. We have four daughters ages ranging from 9 through 16 and they all had a great time. The only thing that they said would make the day even better if it could, was to boogie board longer. I spent Christmas at the Iberostar Costa Dorado, my 2nd visit there, and once again went on this trip. Angel was our guide, assisted by a new guy that was learning the trade, Julian I think. Angel was absolutely great and we had some kids on the trip that were asking really obscure questions but he had the answers so we learnt loads. Last time we were with Rudy and spent more time laughing than learning so both trips and guides have their own wow appeal. The school teachers were on stike this time but we still went there as the headmistress was in and about 5 kids. One lad on our trip joined in their game of baseball! I would definately recommend this trip if you only want to do one trip make it this one and you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to take pens, pencils etc for the school, you give them to the teacher so as not to encourage begging. Also small smellies for the lady who's house you will visit.

We went through many choices for excursions and I am very happy this is the one we picked. Our guide, Omar, was extremely fun to listen to and follow all day. He had great answers to everyones questions and all the places we went were amazing. The best meal of our whole trip was at the ranch, and the views there were amazing! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the DR. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

This was the best excursion on our trip! We would recommend anyone going to DR to spend the extra money and go experience the Dominican way of life! It will be well worth it...be sure to bring your camera. The countryside is beautiful, and the people are warm and friendly. This is a great trip for people of all ages! All the guides were great but we had Nacho and laughed all day long! Thanks to all the staff at OJS!
