My niece and I had the opportunity to take this tour and it was by far the best part of our vacation! That's saying alot because we had a blast the rest of the time as well. Anyway, we can't say enough about our guides. Angel and Henry did our tour and Angel really went out of his way to tell us as much as he could about the country and how people live. (good and ...) It was like talking to a friend almost instantly. At lunch we gathered together with the other tours that were going on that day and Jesse, Kenny and Israel were all so much fun! No one believes that we held a crocodile until they see the picture. I can't wait to come back to DR! Thank you so much!

My Husband and I took this tour on April 2, 2007 with 2 other couples that we were on vacation with. It was awesome. Alex our tour quide was excellent, very knowledgeable and very funny. Our driver Kevin was very helpfull as well. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is thinking obout it. And don't forget to try the Dominican "Champagne".. Awesome time Alex & Kevin.. We had a great trip, APril 3, 2007. Henery our Driver and Angel Maria our guide were the best. It is a day we highly recommend to others looking for an excursion. We were also happy to hear that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of merchandise goes to the community. An excellent idea. Thanks for a fun day. We had a great time on our day with Jessie! He is such a wealth of knowledge about the Dominican and a large part of the rest of the world! He likes to tease and is very funny and quick with a comeback. If you want to see a lot, learn a lot and laugh a lot then this is the tour guide for you! Our driver Henry was great too - you would have to be a great driver to hold your own in the traffic in the Dominican! The weather during our vacation was less than optimal but taking this tour made that day enjoyable, and the sun did come out for us when we got to the beach so that was great.

We loved our time in Punta Cana but our time on an Outback Safari was the best part of our trip!!!! Alex (our guide) was full of information and FUN! It was GREAT to get a small glimpse of the 'real' Dominican.

WOW!!!! I have always dreamed of swimming with dolphins and that was one of the excursions I did on my family's recent trip to the DR but when we went on this adventure - this became top of the list of things we did on our vacation! My husband asked me what the best meal was of our entire vacation and I had to say that it was the Outback lunch! LOL (and no word of a lie - it was) Possibly because it surrounded all of the great activities we did all day! To understand how others live can open so many doors. My children are 10 and 7 and they really enjoyed the trip. They appreciated the culture and loved the variety of the day! Ralph did an absolute amazing job getting us around and Jessie was fantastic in his presentation of the information. He made a real effort to remember everyone's name and their favorite colors! LOL We also discovered how much Jessie loves Pringles. We highly recommend this excursion and if Jessie is your guide - buy an extra Pringles when you stop to shop for rum, pineapple, wine, cigars and vanilla! When we went boogie boarding Jessie helped our daughter Abigail try it - he was amazing - she wouldn't have tried it otherwise and we are grateful for him. We got some great pics!!

My two sisters and I took the tour in March 2007 and we had the best time. I will recommend this tour to everyone who visits Puerta Plata. It really made us realize what we have in our lives and to be happy with what you have. Our guide (Angel) and our driver (Frye) were truly amazing. Angel had so much information for us and kept us entertained the entire trip. I will without doubt take this tour again when we return to Dominican. Cheers Jody

This adventure was the best excursion we took while visiting Punta Cana. This adventure was not only informative it was an absolute blast. Omar our guide and the driver(who's name i can't remember because of the dominican champagne) were the best. From the time we left the resort to the time we returned they made this adventure a thrill to be on. Omar spoke wonderful English and had a fantastic sense of humor. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question that was asked of him. Seeing the real Dominican Republic gave us a true understanding of the country and the people. We plan on returning next year and will do this adventure again

Myself and my partner were very fortunate people to be able to go on 'Outback Safari', when we visited Dominican republic for two weeks between February and March. We managed to do 5 trips while we were there, but 'Outback Safari' outstripped the other trips by far. We had an amazing time. Ruddy was our guide, and his words, he was 'The Daddy'. He was a fountain of knowledge and as many other Dominicans, was a truli remarkable and inspirational person.

If you only do one excursion while in the Dominican Republic, this is the one to do! You not only get to see the beautiful countryside, but knowing you are helping the children receive supplies is very rewarding. Our guide, Jose, and driver, Jovani, were very friendly and knowledgable. We learned so much about the rich culture and history of this wonderful island. I think we will take this tour in another region on our next trip!

We went on the Outback Safari on Valentines day with our little girl and had a fantastic time. It was definately the highlight of the holiday. She loved the croc's and now wants her own one.....Thanks Angel. Angel Maria and Victor were fantastic and looked after us all. They put so much effort into showing us the Domincan way of life and culture and really opened my eyes whilst also being great fun. I did not think I would be able to go on the Safari with a 2 year old but they helped me out and made everything easy (Angel being a Bob the Builder expert also helped). Nothing is a problem.
