We took the Outback Safari tour on January 26, 2008. The tour was amazing! Our guide was George and he was so entertaining and we learned so much about the Dominican culture! We love this tour so much! Highly recommended!

There is nothing to say except AWSOME! It was educational, inspiring, and definately alot of fun. Our guide was Ruddy...PHENOMINAL! He was so great with absolutely everything and kept the whole bus laughing....not a dull moment. It was approximately a 9 hour trip and it flew by way to quickly. Thanks to everyone....we will not hesitate to (as rudy put it) "spread the word" Look forward to seeing you again soon!! and coming from up here in snow covered Alberta with -49 temperatures, I mean REAL SOON!

We loved to learn about the culture. Loved the bottled coke & rum. Food was really good on buffet. Best tour we took while we were there. Would have liked to known more about the sugar cane and how it's harvested.

This tour was absolutely amazing!! Johnny and Caesar were our guides and they were so good. It was very informative and interesting!! I would definetely recommend this tour to anyone who is going to Dominican Republic. I would love to go on it again when I go back too!!!

Sam and I did our day trip and thought it was the best we've ever done, we had Alex has our tour guide and Leo has our driver, Alex thought us so much about the Dominican, and there way's of life, it was really fasinating, we would love to do it again. Good job guy's. Hope someday Alex get's to come up to Canada to see the Senator's play.

This tour was by far the best part of the entire trip to the Dominican. Our tour guide Jessy and sidekick/driver Jose were not only extremely entertaining, they were both very passionate and knowledgeable about everything on the 8 hour tour. Never a dull moment and well worth every penny(peso). Thanks for a great time.

Hola! This was my first trip ever and what a trip it was! I would highly recommend getting off of the resort and exploring the country this way. I hope that the next time I venture out of Canada that this excursion is offered in the country I visit. Our team of Johnny and Wendy was excellent. I am so glad that we took the Outback Safari as it provided us with so much information about the Dominican. Johnny was very informative and great to hang out with for the day. The visits were wonderful as was the lunch. The Johnny Boom Booms were fantastic as well!! Thank you for such a wonderful memory.

What an awesome trip. Jesse our guide was terrific. Even though he was from Dominican Republic he seemed to know everything about Canada as well. Part way through the trip he had everyone's names and occupations memorized. He knew my wife was a teacher and had her up doing math in the school. The boogie boarding at Cabarete was awesome. What a great way to see the country and experience a little of their culture.

12 Jan 2008 This was our first trip to the Dominican so we didn't know what to expect. The standard response was if you do nothing else go on the Out Back Safari, you shouldn't miss it. Well we met our guide before signing up "George" of the jungle. He made the day trip fantastic. It was informative and a look at how even as a third world country is beautiful and the people are great. If you take this tour make sure you ask for George. AAAAAAAA +++++++ Thanks Rhonda and Geoff

I just wanted to let everyone know that is thinking of doing this tour that it is AWESOME and well worth the money! We had Alex and Popi as our tour guide and bus driver and they were GREAT! The trip was very emotional for me, especially when we stopped to visit the local school and met with the children! I plan on sending school supplies to outback safari to help out the children. This was my first trip to the Dominican Republic, and by far the best experience was the Outback Safari!! Our tour guide Leandro was AWESOME! He was so personable and got everyone involved. His sense of humor was a big plus. I learned so much from him, and feel able to accurately represent the Dominican Republic when I share my stories from vacation. I highly recommend the excursion, and wish they had this type of tour available everywhere else I travel.

Ce fut une journée mémorable. Vendredi 11 janvier 2008 restera gravé dans ma mémoire longtemps. Nous avions NACHO comme guide et il est génial,drôle,intéressant et tout simplement merveilleux!!! We got back to the states last night & first thing I had to do today was make some hot cocoa with the sugar, cocoa & cinnamon I purchased on your safari. My husband, son (19 yrs old) & I totally enjoyed your safari. It was a day packed with fun, education on your beautiful country & meeting others. Our guide Danny Boy & driver Leonardo were the absolute best!!! They made our day one of the funnest of our trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting your beautiful country!! My boyfriend and I recently went on the safari at the end of December. It was the greatest experience of my life. Eddy,our tour guide, and Leo,our driver made the trip awesome. We learned so much and there was never a dull moment. We would love to come back every year and visit everyone. I highly suggest making the safari part of your trip! We could not have asked for a better time!

What a fantastic day we had. Danny Boy was our tour guide, he was great, very funny, knowledgable with many interstering facts. Also his happy hour every 10 minutes, with Dominican Champaign. He made the tour most enjoyable. Outback Safari is very much recommend to do. To see the history, culture of the Dominican , beautiful landscaping, exotic animals, coffee plantation, local school,cigar factory, and typical Dominican house. It was well worth the money. The drinks flowed all day and lunch was very good. Money raised by the Outback goes toward helping the local children and familes.Bring school supplies for the children at school . See how excited they will be when they receive some paper and pencils. Thank you for the memorable time . Hope to see all of you soon.
